Fifteen years of doing the unglamorous work extremely well
QDesk Data Solution and Services was founded in Lucknow on 1 August 2010. We’re an ITeS and SaaS company — which is a formal way of saying we handle the data, the desks and the software that keep businesses running.
Our story
Where we started
In 2010, two things were obvious to our founders. First, that businesses everywhere were drowning in data they couldn’t process fast enough to use. Second, that the talent capable of fixing that — meticulous, technically literate, genuinely careful people — was widely available in India and badly underused.
QDesk Data Solution and Services was built at the intersection of those two facts. We began where the need was sharpest: data management and data processing. Capture it accurately, clean it properly, structure it usefully, deliver it on time. Unfashionable work, done to a standard that made clients stop looking elsewhere.
That foundation shaped everything that followed. When clients asked whether we could also staff their support desks, their design work and their development queues, the answer was built on the same principle — dedicated people, properly trained, accountable for output. When we saw entire industries running on software that didn’t understand them, we built our own: eSchoolPortal for Indian schools, and eResBooking for the hotel, hostel and lodge industry.
Fifteen years on, we’re independent, focused in our discipline, and still headquartered in Lucknow — with a team of 30+ specialists working for clients around the world.

Rahul founded QDesk in 2010 with a straightforward conviction: that back office work outsourced badly costs a business more than doing it in-house, and back office work outsourced well quietly transforms it. Twenty years into his career, he sets the direction for the company’s service standards and its product ambitions — and remains closely involved in how client work actually gets delivered.

Co-Founder · 15+ years of experience
Kaushal co-founded the company and has been its operational counterweight ever since — the right hand who turns intent into delivery. With fifteen years in the field, he is the reason engagements move from proposal to production without drama, and the reason clients get the same quality in month forty as they did in week one.

Every promise we make to a client is ultimately a promise about a person. Abhay owns that promise. He leads hiring across the company — sourcing, assessing and selecting the specialists who join client teams — and he is the reason “we will find you the right operator” is a commitment rather than a hope.

Behind the leadership sits the actual engine of the business: a team of more than thirty specialists, each hired for a discipline rather than a job title. Computer operators and data entry professionals who work at speed without losing precision. Customer care agents who can hold a difficult conversation and leave the customer better than they found them. Graphic designers with a real eye. Web and mobile developers who ship.
They work for clients across the world, in those clients’ time zones, inside those clients’ systems. Some have been on the same account for years — which is exactly the point. Institutional memory is the most underrated thing an outsourcing partner can offer, and it only exists if people stay.

What we hold ourselves to
Accuracy before speed, and then speed.
Fast and wrong is just wrong with extra steps. We build our processes to be correct first, then we optimise them until they are quick. That order is not negotiable.
Say the honest thing early.
If a deadline is at risk, a scope is wrong, or a request will not achieve what you are hoping for, you will hear it from us while there is still time to act. Late surprises are a failure of character, not circumstance.
Own the outcome, not the task.
We are not looking to complete tickets. We are looking to make the function work. If that means flagging a broken upstream process or suggesting a better way to structure the data, we will say so.
Treat client data as if it were ours.
Confidentiality, access discipline and careful handling are baseline conditions of doing this work — not optional extras to be negotiated.
