Process
You send a representative sample and tell us what “correct” looks like. We define the rules in writing — field by field, exception by exception — so there is no interpretation gap later.
We process a small controlled batch and return it for your review. You judge us on real output before committing to volume. Any calibration happens here, cheaply.
Once the pilot is signed off, we allocate the team, set the throughput and agree the delivery schedule. Volume ramps to plan, not to hope.
Operator output passes through supervisor verification against the agreed standard. Exceptions are logged and routed back to you rather than guessed at.
Output arrives in your format, on your schedule, with a summary of volumes processed and exceptions raised. Rinse and repeat, indefinitely.
