Dedicated Team
Full-time professionals assigned exclusively to your account. They work your hours, learn your systems, and belong to your operation in every way that matters except payroll.
How we work
Outsourcing goes wrong in predictable ways: unclear scope, unnamed people, invisible quality, and communication that dries up after the contract is signed. Here is exactly how we avoid each of those.
Engagement models
Full-time professionals assigned exclusively to your account. They work your hours, learn your systems, and belong to your operation in every way that matters except payroll.
A defined scope, a fixed deliverable, an agreed timeline. We take the brief, do the work, and hand it back finished.
You hand over an entire function — its inputs, its rules and its outputs. We run it, report on it, and improve it. You review the numbers, not the tasks.
Onboarding
We map the work: inputs, outputs, volumes, rules, exceptions, deadlines and quality standard. This is written down and agreed, because “we assumed” is the root of most outsourcing failures.
We assign the right people to your account — and for staffing engagements, you interview and approve them yourself.
Your team is set up on your platforms with the access your process requires and nothing beyond it. Confidentiality undertakings are in place before anyone touches live data.
We produce a written process document in your language, then run a pilot batch or trial period so you can validate output against expectation before committing volume.
Full delivery begins with close monitoring. Adjustments happen in the open, and the process document is updated as we learn your exceptions.
Quality
Before any work begins, we agree what “correct” means — field by field, case by case. Quality cannot be enforced against a standard nobody wrote down.
Operator output is reviewed by supervisors against that standard. Volume without verification is just fast error production.
When our team meets something the process does not cover, it comes back to you as a flagged exception rather than an assumption. The process document is then updated so it never becomes an exception again.
Regular delivery reporting covering volumes processed, exceptions raised and issues outstanding — sent on schedule, without you having to chase it.
Communication
We work in the tools your team already uses — email, chat, your ticketing system, your project tool. You should not have to adopt a new platform to talk to your own team.
Shift patterns are set to overlap meaningfully with your working day, whether you are in New York, London, Berlin or Sydney.
You have a named point of contact for delivery and a defined escalation path to leadership. With owner-led management, escalation is short.
For engagements with formal compliance requirements — a GDPR data processing agreement, a specific retention undertaking, or sector-specific handling rules — raise it on the first call and we will tell you plainly what we can and cannot commit to.
Tell us what’s piling up. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right firm to take it on — and if we’re not, we’ll say so.
