Fifteen years, still independent.

Why QDesk
Every outsourcing firm claims quality, value and partnership. Here’s what’s actually verifiable about us — and what we’re deliberately not going to claim.
Differentiators
Founded on 1 August 2010 and still owner-led. No acquisition, no restructure, no strategy pivot that quietly changed what clients were buying. The people who started this company still run it.
We did not add data services to a general outsourcing menu. We started there. That specialisation shows up in how we hire, how we document processes and how we verify output.
eSchoolPortal.net and eResBooking.com are ours — built, launched, supported and improved by us. Very few service firms of our size carry live SaaS products, and it changes what we can do for you.
Rahul and Kaushal are still close to delivery. When something needs a decision, it gets one — usually the same week. That is a structural advantage of staying independent at our scale.
Abhay Singh leads recruitment specifically because our entire service quality rests on who we put on your account. When we say we will find the right person, someone owns that promise.
Our 30+ specialists stay on their accounts. The compound value of a team member who has known your business for years is enormous — and it is destroyed instantly by churn.
Straight talk
Cost advantage is real and significant — it is a large part of why offshore delivery works. But a firm competing purely on being cheapest is telling you where its corners get cut.
We are a team of 30+ specialists. If you need a thousand seats in ninety days, we are the wrong firm, and we will say so on the first call rather than the fourth.
If a scope is unrealistic, a timeline cannot be met, or the work is not something we do well, you will hear that before you sign — not after.
The same people who sold you the engagement are the people accountable for delivering it. That is not a policy; it is just what happens when the founders are still in the building.
Comparison
Three ways to get back office work done. None of them is wrong for everybody — but they suit different problems.
| Freelance marketplace | Large BPO | QDesk | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cost | Lowest | Highest | Competitive |
| Consistency | Highly variable | Good, process-heavy | Consistent, named team |
| Continuity of people | Low | Moderate | High — people stay on accounts |
| Access to leadership | None | Limited | Direct |
| Speed of decisions | Fast but unaccountable | Slow | Fast and accountable |
| Flexibility to scale | Ad hoc | Contractual, slow | Fast, conversational |
| Software build capability | Individual only | Available at cost | In-house, product-proven |
| Best for | One-off small tasks | Enterprise-scale volume | Businesses wanting a real partner |
Principles
Fast and wrong is just wrong with extra steps. We build our processes to be correct first, then we optimise them until they are quick. That order is not negotiable.
If a deadline is at risk, a scope is wrong, or a request will not achieve what you are hoping for, you will hear it from us while there is still time to act. Late surprises are a failure of character, not circumstance.
We are not looking to complete tickets. We are looking to make the function work. If that means flagging a broken upstream process or suggesting a better way to structure the data, we will say so.
Confidentiality, access discipline and careful handling are baseline conditions of doing this work — not optional extras to be negotiated.
Book a call. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll tell you in the first thirty minutes — which is worth something on its own.
