What exactly is a QCoin?
A QCoin is the wallet currency you use to pay for Instant Orders. It is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar — 1 QCoin always equals 1 USD — so there is no exchange-rate guesswork, no matter which country you are paying from.
How is an Instant Order priced?
Every task type — Data Entry, Web Research, Form Filling, Ecommerce Product Listing, Image Editing, Graphic Design and more — has a published hourly rate in QCoins. You are charged for the actual hours logged on your order, not a flat project fee, and never before you have approved the work.
Can businesses outside India use this?
Yes. Instant Orders and QCoins were built for exactly that — businesses in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and beyond routinely hand us small, hourly tasks without setting up a local contract or payroll relationship.
What if I am not happy with the delivered work?
You have 3 days after delivery to review it. If it is not right, send it back with detailed feedback and any reference files — the same Operations Manager keeps working it until you are satisfied, and you are only ever charged once you approve.
What happens if I do not respond within 3 days?
Nothing is charged automatically. Once the 3 days pass, the delivery goes to one of our QC Experts — a person who did not do the work and cannot see who you are. They check the output against your brief and either confirm the work was done correctly, at which point the logged hours are charged, or send it back for rework at no charge to you. A timer never takes money from your wallet on its own.
Can I convert QCoins back into my own currency?
No. QCoins are one-way: once purchased they cannot be converted back into US dollars or the currency you paid with, and cannot be withdrawn to a card, bank account or PayPal balance. They are credit for QDesk services only. In return they never expire and never lose value.
Who at QDesk can see my name and email?
Only an administrator. The specialist doing your work and the QC Expert moderating it see an internal codename instead — and your name, email and wallet balance are never loaded on those pages at all, so there is nothing on screen for a mistake to reveal.
Is my payment secure?
Top-ups are processed through Razorpay and PayPal, both PCI-compliant payment processors — QDesk never sees or stores your card details. Your QCoin balance simply sits in your account, ready for your next order.
Do QCoins expire?
No. QCoins remain in your account balance until you use them on an order.
