You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.

Gone quiet? A person decides, not a clock
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.

Can you work overnight on an urgent deck?
Frequently, and it is one of the real advantages of the time difference. A deck handed over at the end of your working day is often back before your morning, because your evening is our working day.
Do you work in our template or design a new one?
Whichever you need. Most jobs use your existing template properly, which is faster and keeps everything consistent. If the template itself is the problem, we will say so and quote the hours to rebuild it.
Can you handle confidential board and investor material?
Yes. Signed confidentiality agreements, files kept inside the order thread, named operators, and nothing retained after the order closes. We will sign your NDA before you send anything at all.
Do you build charts from raw data?
