You accept it — then the wallet moves
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.

Not right? It goes straight back
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.

Gone quiet? A person decides, not a clock
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.

We work to a documented 99.5%+ field-level accuracy standard, and every batch gets a verification pass by someone other than the person who keyed it. For financial, clinical or legal source data we offer full double-key entry: two operators key the same batch independently and the outputs are compared field by field.
What do I need to send you to start?
The source material and one filled-in example row, so we can see exactly what right looks like. If your format has quirks — a date convention, an internal code, an ID that must be zero-padded — tell us once and it is applied to every record.
Can you work directly inside our system instead of sending files back?
Yes. Most clients create a limited-permission user for us in their CRM, ERP or admin panel. We work inside your access controls and audit trail, and the account can be revoked the moment a batch is finished.
Is my data kept confidential?
Every operator works under a signed confidentiality agreement, source files stay inside the order thread rather than on personal devices, and we will sign your own NDA or data processing agreement before any file moves.
How is a data entry job priced?
Purely by the hour, at the published QCoin rate for this work. There is no per-record surcharge, no project minimum, and no charge for the time we spend clarifying your brief before starting.
