Supplier & vendor onboarding portals
The multi-page registrations your customers require before they will pay you — company details, tax forms, insurance certificates, banking, diversity and compliance declarations.
Off Your Plate / Online Form Filling & Submissions
Supplier onboarding portals, tender documents, grant applications, product registrations, directory listings, licence and permit paperwork. Tedious, high-stakes and unforgiving of a typo, which is exactly why it should not be squeezed between two meetings.
A mistyped registration number, a date in the wrong format, a mandatory attachment missed on page four — and the application bounces back a month later, by which point the window has moved and somebody starts again from the top.
The work itself is not hard. It is long, exacting and endlessly interruptible, and every interruption is where the error gets in.
Scope
The multi-page registrations your customers require before they will pay you — company details, tax forms, insurance certificates, banking, diversity and compliance declarations.
Structured application forms populated from your approved boilerplate, with attachments named, formatted and attached exactly to the specification.
Product registrations, business filings, professional body renewals, insurance and permit applications completed from your document pack.
The same company profile submitted consistently across dozens of directories, trade associations, review platforms and marketplaces.
Paper or emailed intake forms transferred into your online system, or long questionnaires completed from a supplied answer bank.
A confirmation screenshot, reference number and submission date recorded for every single form, in one tracker you could hand to an auditor.
What you get back
However small the job, the output is complete, checked and traceable — because a deliverable you have to re-check yourself has not actually saved you anything.
A 4-hour job therefore costs QC 32.00 — that is 32.00 US dollars, deducted from your wallet only after you have seen the work and approved it.
QCoins never expire, and they are one-way: they cannot be converted back into your own currency or withdrawn, only spent on QDesk services. How the wallet works.
Create a free accountPaying with QCoins
QCoins are prepaid credit pegged permanently at 1 QCoin to 1 US dollar. You top up, you hand the job over, and the wallet is charged only for the hours logged — after you accept the result.
Everything on this page carries a published hourly rate in QCoins. You see it before you commit to anything, and it is the same rate for everyone — no bidding, no haggling, no waiting three days for a quote.
Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.
Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.
More on the wallet itself: what a QCoin is and how it is spent.

Frequently asked
Usually yes, and we would rather you did it properly: create a dedicated user for us where the portal allows it, share credentials through your password manager rather than email, and revoke access when the batch is done. Credentials never leave the order thread.
The form is paused at that point and the question comes back to you in the order thread with the exact wording and context. We do not guess on anything carrying a legal declaration.
No. We complete and prepare everything up to the point of signature or legal attestation, then hand it to you for the final act. That line does not move, whoever asks.
Yes — resizing, renaming, converting and combining attachments to the portal’s specification is part of the job, and it is often the part that trips people up.
Yes. The submission tracker doubles as a renewal calendar, and a short recurring order each month keeps expiring registrations from lapsing unnoticed.
