Claims data capture & registration
First notice of loss details, claimant and policy data, incident narratives and reserve information keyed into your claims system to a consistent standard.
Off Your Plate / Insurance Claims & Policy Administration
First-notice data capture, supporting document indexing, policy record maintenance, renewal tracking and submission packs — the administrative half of insurance work, handled without adding headcount.
A claim submitted without a supporting document comes back as a request for information three weeks later. A renewal not diarised lapses. A policy record with the wrong effective date produces the wrong premium and an awkward conversation.
Brokers and agencies rarely have a spare person for this, so it gets absorbed by producers who should be writing business, and it gets done in the gaps between everything else.
Scope
First notice of loss details, claimant and policy data, incident narratives and reserve information keyed into your claims system to a consistent standard.
Estimates, reports, photographs, invoices and correspondence indexed against the claim, named to convention and checked against the submission requirement list.
New business, endorsements, mid-term adjustments, cancellations and reinstatements recorded accurately, with effective dates and premiums cross-checked.
Renewal registers maintained, expiring policies flagged well ahead, renewal packs prepared and outstanding information chased in writing on a schedule.
Submission packs assembled for carriers and markets — application forms completed from client data, loss runs attached and gaps listed before it goes out.
Commission statements reconciled, bordereaux prepared, claims registers kept current and management reports produced on a fixed cycle.
What you get back
However small the job, the output is complete, checked and traceable — because a deliverable you have to re-check yourself has not actually saved you anything.
A 4-hour job therefore costs QC 44.00 — that is 44.00 US dollars, deducted from your wallet only after you have seen the work and approved it.
QCoins never expire, and they are one-way: they cannot be converted back into your own currency or withdrawn, only spent on QDesk services. How the wallet works.
Create a free accountPaying with QCoins
QCoins are prepaid credit pegged permanently at 1 QCoin to 1 US dollar. You top up, you hand the job over, and the wallet is charged only for the hours logged — after you accept the result.
Everything on this page carries a published hourly rate in QCoins. You see it before you commit to anything, and it is the same rate for everyone — no bidding, no haggling, no waiting three days for a quote.
Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.
Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.
More on the wallet itself: what a QCoin is and how it is spent.

Yes, in writing and on a defined schedule — to clients, carriers, adjusters and repairers, with an escalation report showing what is still outstanding and how long it has been.
Yes. Applied Epic, EZLynx, HawkSoft, Acturis and similar systems are all workable through a named user with the permissions the role needs and nothing more.
Yes — carrier-specific submission requirements are documented once in a checklist per market, then applied consistently, which is precisely what stops packs coming back incomplete.
