Native & locked PDF extraction
Text-layer PDFs, password-protected files you own, and print-to-PDF exports converted into structured worksheets with headers, types and column order preserved.
Off Your Plate / PDF, Scan & Image to Spreadsheet Conversion
Bank statements, supplier catalogues, inspection reports, price lists, government filings. If it exists as an unsearchable page, we turn it into structured rows and columns — tables intact, numbers reconciled against the original.
Automated conversion handles a clean single-column PDF beautifully. Then it meets a merged cell, a rotated table, a footnote, a scan at a slight angle, or negatives written in brackets — and quietly produces something that looks right and is not.
You do not find that out from the file. You find out three weeks later, when a total is wrong and nobody can say which of four thousand rows caused it.
Scope
Text-layer PDFs, password-protected files you own, and print-to-PDF exports converted into structured worksheets with headers, types and column order preserved.
Flatbed scans, mobile photos, faxes and microfilm printouts read by a person exactly where automation gives up — faint, skewed and stamped pages included.
Multi-page tables, merged headers, nested sub-totals and side-by-side layouts rebuilt as one continuous, filterable dataset instead of forty broken fragments.
Bank and credit card statements, invoices, remittance advices and trial balances converted with debits, credits and running totals reconciled against the source.
Application forms, survey responses, log sheets and field notes transcribed field by field, with anything genuinely illegible flagged rather than invented.
Historical document sets converted and indexed with consistent file naming and a lookup sheet, so the archive becomes something you can query.
What you get back
However small the job, the output is complete, checked and traceable — because a deliverable you have to re-check yourself has not actually saved you anything.
A 4-hour job therefore costs QC 28.00 — that is 28.00 US dollars, deducted from your wallet only after you have seen the work and approved it.
QCoins never expire, and they are one-way: they cannot be converted back into your own currency or withdrawn, only spent on QDesk services. How the wallet works.
Create a free accountPaying with QCoins
QCoins are prepaid credit pegged permanently at 1 QCoin to 1 US dollar. You top up, you hand the job over, and the wallet is charged only for the hours logged — after you accept the result.
Everything on this page carries a published hourly rate in QCoins. You see it before you commit to anything, and it is the same rate for everyone — no bidding, no haggling, no waiting three days for a quote.
Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.
Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.
More on the wallet itself: what a QCoin is and how it is spent.

Frequently asked
OCR is a first pass on clean documents, never the deliverable. Every extracted table is checked line by line against the source page by an operator, and difficult documents are keyed by hand from the start. That is the entire reason the output can be trusted.
Yes — that is precisely where paying for human hours earns its keep. Anything genuinely ambiguous is flagged in an exceptions column with a page and line reference, so you decide rather than discovering a guess months later.
They are stitched into one continuous dataset with repeated headers stripped and page breaks removed, so the result sorts and filters as a single table.
A rough guide is 30–60 pages an hour for straightforward text tables and 10–20 for dense financial or handwritten pages. We estimate the hours before starting, and you are billed only for the hours logged.
Yes. We deliver in the exact import template used by QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, Tally or your ERP, so the file loads without you reshaping it first.
