Gap filling & enrichment
Missing industry, employee band, revenue range, LinkedIn profile, decision-maker name or direct email researched from public sources and added only where it can be confirmed.
Decay & bounce cleanup
Contacts who have changed employer, companies that have closed or been acquired, and hard-bounced addresses identified and either updated or retired with a reason code.
Segmentation & tagging
Records tagged by region, sector, size, lifecycle stage or any scheme you define, so the cleaned file is immediately usable rather than merely tidy.

If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.

Will you delete records without asking?
Never silently. Clear-cut exact duplicates are merged under rules you approve at the start; everything ambiguous goes to a quarantine sheet for your decision. Your original file is always preserved untouched.
Can you work directly in our CRM?
Yes, through a limited-permission user account, so every change carries an audit trail in your own system. Many clients prefer a file-based first pass and then in-system maintenance once the rules are proven.
Where does the enrichment data come from?
Public and licensed sources — company websites, official registries, LinkedIn, and your own subscriptions if you have them. Every enriched field is filled only when it can be confirmed, never inferred.
How does this help our email deliverability?
Removing invalid, role-based and long-dead addresses directly lowers bounce and complaint rates, which is what mailbox providers actually score you on. Most clients see engagement rise simply because the denominator became honest.
Is this a one-off or can you maintain it?
Either. Plenty of clients run a large initial cleanup and then hand over a few hours a month to stop the file drifting again.
