Deal & pipeline hygiene

Off Your Plate / CRM Data Management & Pipeline Hygiene
Salespeople sell. They do not update close dates, log meeting notes or fill in the industry field, and no amount of asking has ever changed that. So put the admin somewhere else and let the pipeline reflect reality again.
Deals sit in stage three with a close date from last quarter. Half the accounts have no owner. Two hundred contacts have no job title, so segmentation quietly drops them. Then leadership asks for a forecast and everyone privately rebuilds it in a spreadsheet.
The tool is not the problem and neither are the salespeople. The problem is that nobody owns the maintenance, and maintenance is the only thing that keeps a CRM worth having.
Scope
Stale deals surfaced and chased with their owner, close dates and amounts corrected, stages aligned to your documented definitions, and dead deals closed out honestly.
Meeting notes, emails, call outcomes and documents attached to the right record from your reps’ raw notes, so account history survives a rep leaving.
Empty industry, size, region, source and lifecycle fields researched and filled, so segmentation, routing and reporting stop silently excluding records.
Duplicate contacts, companies and deals identified and merged under approved rules, keeping the best data from each side and the full activity history.
List imports mapped, deduplicated and validated before they land — plus full migrations between CRMs with a reconciliation count on both sides.
Recurring pipeline, activity and source reports built and refreshed on schedule, with the definitions written down so two people get the same number.
What you get back
However small the job, the output is complete, checked and traceable — because a deliverable you have to re-check yourself has not actually saved you anything.
A 4-hour job therefore costs QC 40.00 — that is 40.00 US dollars, deducted from your wallet only after you have seen the work and approved it.
QCoins never expire, and they are one-way: they cannot be converted back into your own currency or withdrawn, only spent on QDesk services. How the wallet works.
Create a free accountPaying with QCoins
QCoins are prepaid credit pegged permanently at 1 QCoin to 1 US dollar. You top up, you hand the job over, and the wallet is charged only for the hours logged — after you accept the result.
Everything on this page carries a published hourly rate in QCoins. You see it before you commit to anything, and it is the same rate for everyone — no bidding, no haggling, no waiting three days for a quote.
Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.
Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.
More on the wallet itself: what a QCoin is and how it is spent.

Frequently asked
Only under rules you approve. Anything ambiguous is queried with the record owner rather than overwritten, and every change is made from a named user, so your own audit history shows exactly what happened.
In writing, yes — and a weekly list of specific questions on specific deals gets a far better response than a general reminder to update the CRM. What we cannot do is make a manager enforce it.
Standard pipeline, activity, source and conversion reporting, yes. Deep custom Salesforce development, Apex or complex flows are a development engagement rather than an hourly admin task — we will tell you when you have crossed that line.
A standard user licence with the permissions the work requires — usually edit rights on contacts, companies and deals, and nothing else. Administrator access is not required and we prefer not to hold it.
Yes: field mapping, data cleanup before the move, staged imports, and a reconciliation count on both sides so you can prove nothing was lost in transit.
