Gone quiet? A person decides, not a clock
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.

Do you record or produce original video?
No — this is post-production on footage you supply. Filming, presenting and voice-over sit outside what we offer, deliberately.
How do we send you large video files?
A shared Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link posted in the order thread. Nothing needs to be uploaded through the order form itself.
Will you add voice-over or narration?
We work with the audio in your footage and with music or narration tracks you supply. We do not provide recorded voice work; everything here is non-voice by design.
Can you match an existing edit style?
Yes. Send two or three finished examples and the batch is built to match — same caption style, same pacing, same title treatment, so the feed stays consistent.
What about music licensing?
We use tracks from your own licensed library or a platform’s cleared catalogue. We will not attach music you do not have the rights to, and we will say so if a request would.
