Inconsistent imagery reads as an unserious store

One product shot on a white sweep, the next on a kitchen worktop, a third at a slightly warmer white balance. Individually forgivable. On a category page it looks like a marketplace of strangers rather than a brand.

Automatic background removal does a decent job right up until it meets hair, glass, wire, chrome or a shadow you wanted to keep — and then it quietly destroys the product edge in a way you only notice at full size.

    Hand it over. Spend nothing.

    Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.

    Hours are logged as the work happens

    Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.

    You accept it — then the wallet moves

    On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.

  5. 05

    Not right? It goes straight back

    You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.

  6. 06

    Gone quiet? A person decides, not a clock

    If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.

Questions about Product Image Editing & Retouching

Do you use automatic background removal?

As a first pass on simple silhouettes only, and every result is checked and corrected at full zoom. Anything with hair, transparency, fine detail or a reflective edge is done by hand, because that is exactly where the automated result falls apart.

Can you match an existing style guide?

Yes — send three or four approved images and the written spec if you have one. We build the recipe from them and apply it identically across the batch, so new images sit beside old ones without a visible seam.

What resolution and formats do you deliver?

Whatever you need: layered PSD or TIFF masters, high-resolution JPEG or PNG, compressed WebP for the web, and transparent PNG for composites. Every channel export is generated from the same master, not resaved from a resave.

Can you edit images we have not shot yet?

We can advise on shot setup so editing is cheaper — consistent lighting and a plain sweep save hours of correction later. The photography itself has to happen on your side.

Who owns the edited images?

You do, completely — layered source files included. We retain no rights and use no client imagery in portfolios without written permission.
