New product listing creation
SKUs built from supplier sheets, spec documents or physical samples — titles, bullets, descriptions, categories, attributes, variants, pricing and shipping profiles.
Off Your Plate / Ecommerce Product Listing & Catalogue Management
Titles that match each marketplace’s rules, attributes that make filters work, descriptions that read like a human wrote them, and variants that do not collapse the first time someone edits a size chart.
A product with no material attribute never appears in the filter. A title that breaks the marketplace format gets suppressed. A missing size chart generates a return. None of these show up as errors — they show up as revenue that simply never happened.
And listing work never ends. New season, new supplier feed, new channel, a price change across nine hundred SKUs. It is permanent, unglamorous, detail-critical work that nobody in a small team has an uninterrupted day for.
Scope
SKUs built from supplier sheets, spec documents or physical samples — titles, bullets, descriptions, categories, attributes, variants, pricing and shipping profiles.
Amazon title and bullet character rules, eBay item specifics, Etsy tags, Google Shopping feed attributes — each channel formatted to its own requirements, not one file dumped everywhere.
CSV and flat-file builds, feed mapping, error-report resolution and re-uploads until the channel accepts every row instead of most of them.
Missing attributes filled, duplicate SKUs merged, category trees rationalised and dead listings retired across an inherited or neglected catalogue.
Scheduled price changes, sale windows, bundle setup and inventory synchronisation applied consistently across every channel on the same day.
Keyword-aware titles, meta descriptions, alt text and readable product descriptions that describe the product rather than repeating the keyword nine times.
What you get back
However small the job, the output is complete, checked and traceable — because a deliverable you have to re-check yourself has not actually saved you anything.
A 4-hour job therefore costs QC 44.00 — that is 44.00 US dollars, deducted from your wallet only after you have seen the work and approved it.
QCoins never expire, and they are one-way: they cannot be converted back into your own currency or withdrawn, only spent on QDesk services. How the wallet works.
Create a free accountPaying with QCoins
QCoins are prepaid credit pegged permanently at 1 QCoin to 1 US dollar. You top up, you hand the job over, and the wallet is charged only for the hours logged — after you accept the result.
Everything on this page carries a published hourly rate in QCoins. You see it before you commit to anything, and it is the same rate for everyone — no bidding, no haggling, no waiting three days for a quote.
Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.
Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.
More on the wallet itself: what a QCoin is and how it is spent.

Frequently asked
Yes. We write from your specifications, brand tone and keyword targets, in your voice rather than a generic marketplace register. If you would rather supply the copy, we simply place and format it.
That describes most of them. Inconsistent units, missing attributes, images named after camera files — normalising a supplier feed into your catalogue standard is routine here, not an exception.
Yes, including category-specific templates, browse node selection, variation parentage and working through the rejection report until the upload is genuinely clean.
Through a staff or limited-permission user you create — never your owner login. Shopify staff accounts, Amazon user permissions and WooCommerce shop-manager roles all give us exactly what the task needs and nothing more.
Yes, and that is where most clients settle: a recurring few hours a week covering new SKUs, price changes, seasonal swaps and the errors that accumulate quietly.
