Supplier & vendor sourcing
Shortlists of manufacturers, distributors, contractors or software vendors against your criteria — with capabilities, certifications, minimum order quantities, geography and contact routes.
Off Your Plate / Web Research & Market Intelligence
You know what you need to find out. You do not have the six hours it takes to find it, cross-check it and write it down consistently. Give us the question and the source rules, and get back a structured, cited, usable answer.
The first ten results take ten minutes. Getting to a defensible answer takes an afternoon of cross-checking, and getting it into a shape other people can act on takes another. That is why so much internal research stops at half-done and gets quoted in a meeting anyway.
What you actually want is one sheet: one row per finding, one column for the source, and a note wherever the evidence is thin. That is a discipline problem, not an intelligence problem — and discipline is exactly the sort of thing you can hand over.
Scope
Shortlists of manufacturers, distributors, contractors or software vendors against your criteria — with capabilities, certifications, minimum order quantities, geography and contact routes.
Market size estimates, growth commentary, key players, channel structures and pricing norms, assembled from published reports, filings, trade press and association data.
Product ranges, positioning, pricing pages, hiring signals, funding news, review sentiment and website changes tracked over time rather than sampled once.
Standing watches on the portals and registers that matter to you, with matching opportunities logged, summarised and dated the day they appear.
Decision-maker mapping, speaker and expert identification, board and ownership structures, and event or conference delegate research.
Papers, patents, standards and technical documentation located, summarised and catalogued with full references and access notes.
What you get back
However small the job, the output is complete, checked and traceable — because a deliverable you have to re-check yourself has not actually saved you anything.
A 4-hour job therefore costs QC 36.00 — that is 36.00 US dollars, deducted from your wallet only after you have seen the work and approved it.
QCoins never expire, and they are one-way: they cannot be converted back into your own currency or withdrawn, only spent on QDesk services. How the wallet works.
Create a free accountPaying with QCoins
QCoins are prepaid credit pegged permanently at 1 QCoin to 1 US dollar. You top up, you hand the job over, and the wallet is charged only for the hours logged — after you accept the result.
Everything on this page carries a published hourly rate in QCoins. You see it before you commit to anything, and it is the same rate for everyone — no bidding, no haggling, no waiting three days for a quote.
Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.
Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.
More on the wallet itself: what a QCoin is and how it is spent.

Frequently asked
Every data point carries its source URL and the date it was accessed, so anything can be re-checked in seconds. Where two credible sources disagree, both are recorded and the conflict is flagged rather than resolved by whichever we happened to find first.
We work with public and free sources by default. If you hold subscriptions — ZoomInfo, Statista, IBISWorld, an industry portal — we will work inside your seat where your licence permits. We do not scrape or pass on paywalled material you have no right to.
Specific about the output, loose about the route. Tell us the columns you want, the geography, the inclusion and exclusion rules, and roughly how many results is enough. We come back with a ten-row sample first, so you can correct course before the hours are spent.
Yes. A weekly or monthly recurring order of a few hours keeps a competitor set, tender portal or regulatory register under continuous watch, with only the changes reported.
Whichever you ask for. The default is a structured sheet, because that is what most teams actually use; a written synthesis on top is a small number of extra hours.
