Shipment & booking data entry
Bookings, consignments, container and equipment details, weights, dimensions and reference numbers keyed into your TMS or forwarder platform without transposition.
Off Your Plate / Logistics & Freight Documentation
Bookings entered, bills of lading and commercial invoices prepared, customs paperwork assembled, shipments tracked and carrier invoices checked against the quote. Documentation-critical work handled to a daily rhythm.
Freight runs on paperwork with hard cut-offs. A commercial invoice with the wrong incoterm, a packing list that disagrees with the bill of lading, a missing certificate of origin — and the container waits, demurrage starts, and your customer hears about it before you do.
It is high-volume, template-driven, deadline-bound work: precisely the profile that suits a trained desk running to a daily schedule, rather than someone squeezing it in around operational firefighting.
Scope
Bookings, consignments, container and equipment details, weights, dimensions and reference numbers keyed into your TMS or forwarder platform without transposition.
Bills of lading, air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, delivery notes and certificates prepared from your templates and cross-checked against each other.
Customs declaration data assembled, HS codes applied from your classification list, origin documents collated and the required certificates chased before the cut-off.
Milestone tracking across carrier portals, proactive delay flagging, ETA updates issued in writing, and proof-of-delivery collected and filed.
Carrier invoices checked line by line against quoted rates, accessorials and contracted terms, with disputes documented and pursued in writing.
Carrier rate tables maintained, quotes prepared from them, and on-time and cost-per-shipment reporting produced on a fixed cycle.
What you get back
However small the job, the output is complete, checked and traceable — because a deliverable you have to re-check yourself has not actually saved you anything.
A 4-hour job therefore costs QC 40.00 — that is 40.00 US dollars, deducted from your wallet only after you have seen the work and approved it.
QCoins never expire, and they are one-way: they cannot be converted back into your own currency or withdrawn, only spent on QDesk services. How the wallet works.
Create a free accountPaying with QCoins
QCoins are prepaid credit pegged permanently at 1 QCoin to 1 US dollar. You top up, you hand the job over, and the wallet is charged only for the hours logged — after you accept the result.
Everything on this page carries a published hourly rate in QCoins. You see it before you commit to anything, and it is the same rate for everyone — no bidding, no haggling, no waiting three days for a quote.
Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.
Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.
More on the wallet itself: what a QCoin is and how it is spent.

Frequently asked
We prepare and assemble the data and documents. The declaration itself is filed by your licensed customs broker or by you, because it carries regulatory liability we are not the right party to hold.
Yes — CargoWise, Descartes, Magaya, SAP TM and most forwarder platforms, through named users with the permissions the role needs. Working in your system keeps one version of the truth.
In writing — email and carrier portals — for bookings, document chasing, status queries and disputes. Telephone contact stays with your team; we prepare the case so the call is short.
Daily processing windows are set to land before your cut-offs, not ours. The time difference usually works in your favour: work handed over at the end of your day is ready before your morning.
It varies, but discrepancies between quoted and invoiced rates are common enough that clients usually find the audit pays for the hours several times over. We report what was found and recovered, so you can judge it on evidence.
