Calendar & scheduling coordination
Meetings arranged across time zones by email, conflicts resolved, buffers protected, invites issued with agendas and links, and reschedules handled without a chain of eleven messages.
Off Your Plate / Virtual Assistant & Executive Admin Support
Scheduling across time zones, travel research and itineraries, document preparation, expense claims, meeting notes, supplier follow-ups, and the reminders that stop things slipping. Non-voice by design, hourly by default.
Finding a slot that works across three calendars and two time zones. Comparing four flight options. Formatting the agenda. Chasing the supplier who has not replied. Filing the expenses that have been in a wallet since March.
A full-time assistant is not justified for eight or ten hours of that a week — but doing it yourself is the single most expensive way to get it done, and it crowds out the work only you can do.
Scope
Meetings arranged across time zones by email, conflicts resolved, buffers protected, invites issued with agendas and links, and reschedules handled without a chain of eleven messages.
Flight, hotel and transfer options compared against your preferences and policy, bookings made where you authorise it, and a single itinerary document with confirmations attached.
Agendas built, briefing packs assembled, notes written up from your recording or draft, and actions tracked to completion rather than listed once and forgotten.
Expense claims compiled and submitted, receipts filed, subscriptions reviewed and cancelled, renewals tracked, and routine forms and registrations completed.
Suppliers, clients and internal colleagues chased politely on a schedule, with a live tracker showing who owes what and how long they have owed it.
Gift and venue research, event booking, vendor comparison, form submissions and the small online errands that always land at the worst moment.
What you get back
However small the job, the output is complete, checked and traceable — because a deliverable you have to re-check yourself has not actually saved you anything.
A 4-hour job therefore costs QC 40.00 — that is 40.00 US dollars, deducted from your wallet only after you have seen the work and approved it.
QCoins never expire, and they are one-way: they cannot be converted back into your own currency or withdrawn, only spent on QDesk services. How the wallet works.
Create a free accountPaying with QCoins
QCoins are prepaid credit pegged permanently at 1 QCoin to 1 US dollar. You top up, you hand the job over, and the wallet is charged only for the hours logged — after you accept the result.
Everything on this page carries a published hourly rate in QCoins. You see it before you commit to anything, and it is the same rate for everyone — no bidding, no haggling, no waiting three days for a quote.
Describe the job, attach your files, and post it. No QCoins are deducted. An Operations Manager picks it up from our own queue and confirms the approach with you before the real work starts.
Time goes on the order as it is spent. When the work is delivered you can see exactly how long it took before you decide anything at all.
On approval, hours logged multiplied by the hourly rate leaves your balance and is recorded against that order. Not before. Never more than that.
You have three days with it. Send it back with written feedback and the same manager keeps working — you pay for the hours the job genuinely takes, never a penalty for asking.
If three days pass with no word from you, the order does not wave itself through. It goes to a QC Expert — someone who did not do the work and cannot see who you are — who opens the delivery, checks it against your brief, and either confirms it was done properly or sends it back for rework at no charge. Only that confirmation releases the payment.
More on the wallet itself: what a QCoin is and how it is spent.

Frequently asked
No. Everything we offer is non-voice by design. Anything that genuinely requires a call is prepared for you — number, contact name, context and the questions to ask — but the call itself stays with you.
Yes wherever the schedule allows, because continuity is most of the value. An Operations Manager owns your account and keeps the context documented, so cover during leave does not mean starting again.
As little as the task needs. Delegated calendar access with a scheduling-only permission is enough for most clients; mailbox delegation is possible where you want inbox work, and is entirely your call.
We research, compare and prepare the booking, and you complete payment — or, where your travel platform supports a stored corporate profile with an approval step, we book within your written limits. We never hold your card details.
None. Some clients use two hours a week, others thirty. There is no retainer, no notice period and nothing to cancel — you simply stop handing things over.
